Bir Billing: Rohit Bhadauria is an Indian hang gliding or paragliding pilot in Bir, Himachal Pradesh. From 8th January 2021 he is missing, it was the last day when he was seen before he wayward and is still lost to view. He is a great paragliding pilot in his community and also, he is a seasoned pilot. As Rohit was found missing from Friday, his family hired a private helicopter on Saturday morning to search for him. He has his wife and a son at home and they are living in Bir- Billing, aero- sports sites, located at Dhauladhar mountain range. As his family had to incur a heavy cost to find him, this drove his family to forward these to the SDM which was then forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner of Kangra. From then onwards, multiple helicopters have been in the operation to find and rescue him.
According to the report, Rohit Bhadauria had not taken any GPS or wireless tools with him. Private operators and the Indian Air force, have tried to trace him but they failed because no connections from Rohit Bhadauria yet, engaged the operation on Sunday.
Paragliding pilot ‘Rohit Bhadauria’ departed in his flight in the morning of 8 January at 11:30 am from Billing. He was last seen flying above utrala (manai Dhar) at 1:30 pm. The person who finds him would be given a prize of Rs 3 lakhs.
It has been the 15th of January today, and still, no traces of Rohit have been found. The government has asked us, to contribute and help with the resources to find Rohit and bring him home.
